30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Customized and Personalized Products
Please note that customized products—including items with personalized engravings, specific birthstone selections, or bespoke handcrafted designs—are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges. Since these pieces are created specifically according to your unique requirements, all sales of customized items are final.
Regular Products
For standard, non-customized products, if you wish to initiate a return or refund, you must first contact our support team via email at support@lumiseragems.com. Returns for regular products will only be accepted if the item is in its original, unworn condition, with all tags attached and in its original premium packaging. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately via our support email so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refund Process
Once we have received and inspected your returned regular item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
