Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders for standard items can be modified within 24 hours. For customized creations, modifications cannot be made once production has begun. Please contact our Concierge Team immediately if you need assistance.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer secured worldwide shipping. For high-value orders over $300, we recommend selecting Priority Express at checkout for the fastest and most secure delivery via DHL or FedEx.
How do I care for my Lumisera pieces?
To maintain the original finish and condition of your crafted pieces, avoid contact with perfumes, cosmetics, household chemicals, and salt water. We strongly recommend storing your items in their original premium Lumisera packaging when not in use.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for standard items. Please note that personalized or custom-made pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to their unique nature. For more details, please view our Refund Policy.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All transactions are encrypted and processed through world-class payment gateways, including PayPal and LianLian Global. We never store your full credit card information.
